ClearKind Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Final (Once Shipped)
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse.
Changed your mind? If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase AND before your order has shipped, we'll cancel and fully refund your order. After shipment, all sales are final.
However, you're always protected by our 60-Day Barrier Reset Guarantee. If the product doesn't work after consistent use (21+ days), we'll make it right.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our team within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Once approved, we'll issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Skin Reaction or Adverse Effect
If you experience an adverse skin reaction to the product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email support@clearkind.com with:

Confirmation that you've stopped using the product
Once verified, we'll issue a full refund. If any product remains unused, we'll provide a prepaid return label to retrieve it.

Results Guarantee & Extended Return Coverage
Every ClearKind order is backed by The Barrier Reset Promise — our no-risk guarantee built on real results.
If you don't see visible improvement — smoother skin, fewer bumps, or less irritation — within 60 days of consistent use, you're protected by our 60-Day No-Risk Guarantee. Depending on your situation, we'll issue a replacement or refund — no hassle, no hard feelings.
Customers who purchased our Extended 90-Day Return Upgrade (or received it in qualifying bundles) enjoy the same guarantee coverage for up to 90 days from delivery.
To qualify:

Use the product as directed for at least 21 consecutive days

File your claim within your active guarantee window (60 or 90 days)

Bundle Orders: Refunds under our guarantee are issued per bottle used as directed. If you purchased a bundle and only used one bottle, your refund will reflect that. Unused, unopened bottles are not eligible for a refund under the guarantee.
If your skin doesn't improve after your disciplined and consistent use, we don't deserve to keep your money.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@clearkind.com within 24 hours of purchase AND before your order has shipped. After shipment begins, order changes and cancellations are not available.
In-Transit & Post-Shipment Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for refund or cancellation. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or shipping delays once your order is on the way.
If your order exceeds the estimated arrival time outlined in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we'll make it right.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're fully protected under our Damages policy. If it doesn't work after consistent use, you're covered by our 60-Day Guarantee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks your package as Delivered but you can't locate it:

Double-check with household members and neighbors

Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan deliveries)

We'll help you file a carrier claim and, at our discretion, may offer a one-time replacement. Orders shown as Delivered by the carrier are not eligible for automatic refunds.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, email support@clearkind.com.

Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics network, which includes international warehouse partners. Transit times are shown in our Shipping Policy and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
